Payment Gateway Policy

1. General Information
Nexra Corppe Private Limited ("Zupiyo OTT," "we," "us," or "our") uses third-party payment gateways to process financial transactions securely. This policy explains how we handle payments, your data, and transaction security.
By making a purchase on Zupiyo OTT, you agree to the terms of this policy as well as the terms and conditions of our payment partners.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We support a wide range of payment options to ensure convenience for our global user base:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and Maestro.
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface): Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI-enabled apps (India only).
- Net Banking: Supported by major Indian banks (SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, etc.).
- Wallets: Paytm Wallet, Amazon Pay, Mobikwik, Freecharge.
- International Cards: We accept international credit cards for users outside India, processed in USD or the local currency equivalent.
3. Security and Compliance
Security is our top priority. We employ industry-standard measures to protect your financial data:
- PCI-DSS Compliance: Our payment gateway partners are fully PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant.
- SSL Encryption: All transaction data is transmitted over a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection with 256-bit encryption.
- No Storage of Card Details: Zupiyo OTT does not store your full credit/debit card numbers or CVV on our servers. This data is handled directly by the payment gateway. We only store a masked card number (e.g., XXXX-1234) and a transaction token for reference.
- 3D Secure: All online card transactions are protected by 3D Secure authentication (OTP) as mandated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
4. Transaction Handling
Understanding the transaction lifecycle:
- Billing Descriptor: Charges on your bank statement will appear as "NEXRA CORPPE" or "ZUPIYO OTT" depending on the payment method used.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) for Indian users. International transactions may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by your bank.
- Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails but money is deducted from your account, it is usually automatically reversed by your bank within 5-7 business days. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage users to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with their bank.
If you initiate a chargeback without a valid reason (friendly fraud), your Zupiyo account will be immediately suspended. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks by providing evidence of your purchase and content consumption (logs) to the bank.
6. Payment Gateway Partners
Our primary payment partners include, but are not limited to:
- Easebuzz: For domestic Indian payments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking).
- Razorpay: For versatile payment collection.
- Stripe: For international card processing (where applicable).
When you transact, you may be redirected to the secure page of these partners to complete the payment.
7. Privacy of Payment Data
We share only the necessary information with our payment processors to complete the transaction (name, email, amount, order ID). We do not sell your transaction history to third parties for marketing purposes.
