1. General Policy

Nexra Corppe Private Limited ("Zupiyo OTT," "we," "us," or "our") strives to provide the best streaming experience to our users. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for our services.

Due to the nature of digital content and online services, purchases made on Zupiyo OTT are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are committed to addressing legitimate concerns in a fair and transparent manner.

2. Digital Goods and Services

Zupiyo OTT provides intangible, irrevocable digital goods and services. Therefore, we do not provide refunds after the product or service is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product or service on the Website or Mobile App.

Please make sure that you've carefully read the service description before making a purchase. Once a subscription or pay-per-view content is activated on your account, it is considered "consumed" or "delivered," and we cannot offer a refund except as explicitly stated in this policy.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Double Charges: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error. In such cases, the duplicate transaction provided will be refunded in full.
  • Technical Failure: If a technical issue prevents you from accessing the purchased content or service, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your verified complaint.
  • Fraudulent Transactions: If verifiable proof is provided that a purchase was made without your authorization. We may require you to file a report with your bank or law enforcement before processing such a refund.
  • Service Unavailability: If the Zupiyo OTT service is unavailable for a continuous period of more than 24 hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or extension of your subscription service.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the service after purchasing.
  • Unused Credits/Subscription: If you did not use the service or credits during the validity period.
  • Device Incompatibility: If your device does not meet the minimum system requirements stated on our website/app.
  • Content Availability: If specific content is removed from the platform due to licensing expiration or other legal reasons, provided the overall service remains available.
  • Account Termination: If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.

5. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unwatched content. You will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.

How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

6. The "15% Watch Rule" for Individual Content

For individual content purchases (Pay-Per-View), credit deduction follows our fair usage protocol:

  • Credits are deducted only after you have watched 15% of the total duration of the video.
  • If you stop watching before reaching the 15% mark, no credits are deducted, and you are not charged.
  • Once the 15% threshold is crossed, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable, as the content is deemed to have been consumed.

7. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, debit card, UPI). We cannot refund to a different account.
  • Timeline: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
  • Wallet Credits: In some cases, we may offer instant refunds in the form of Zupiyo Wallet credits, which can be used for future purchases on the platform. This is often faster than bank processing.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
