Zupiyo OTT ("we," "us," or "our") is primarily a digital streaming platform offering on-demand video content. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of our digital content and services to you, the user.
By purchasing a subscription, renting content, or buying any digital service on Zupiyo OTT, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy. Please read it carefully to understand how and when you will receive access to your purchased content.
2. Nature of Goods
The majority of products and services offered on Zupiyo OTT are digital in nature. These include, but are not limited to:
- Subscriptions: Monthly, yearly, or other periodic access to our content library.
- Pay-Per-View (PPV) Content: One-time purchases or rentals of specific movies, shows, or events.
- Digital Credits/Tokens: Virtual currency used within the platform to unlock content.
As such, there is no physical shipping or delivery involved for these digital goods. Delivery is electronic and immediate upon successful payment confirmation.
3. Delivery Timeline and Access
We adhere to a strict "Instant Delivery" protocol for all digital services:
- Immediate Access: Upon successful processing of your payment, access to the purchased content or subscription is granted immediately. You will be able to start streaming the content instantly on any supported device.
- Confirmation Email: You will receive a transaction receipt and confirmation email at the email address registered with your account instantly after the purchase is completed.
- Account Update: Your user account dashboard will be updated instantly to reflect your new subscription status, credit balance, or purchased content library.
4. Technical Delivery Issues
While we strive for 100% uptime and instant delivery, technical glitches can occasionally occur. In the event of a delivery failure:
- Internet Connectivity: Access to our digital content requires a stable internet connection. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by your internet service provider or network connection.
- System Delays: Rarely, there might be a slight delay (up to 30 minutes) between payment confirmation and content activation due to server synchronization. If access is not granted within this timeframe, it is considered a delivery issue.
- Payment Pending: If your bank holds the payment or if the transaction status is "Pending," delivery will be withheld until the payment status changes to "Success."
5. Resolution of Delivery Failures
If you have successfully paid for a service but have not received access, please follow these steps:
- Refresh/Re-login: Often, a simple refresh of the page or logging out and logging back in will synchronize your account and activate the content.
- Check Payment Status: Verify with your bank that the amount has been deducted and the transaction was successful.
- Contact Support: If the issue persists for more than 30 minutes, please contact our support team immediately at contact@zupiyo.in with your Transaction ID. We guarantee a resolution within 24-48 hours.
6. Physical Merchandise Shipping (If Applicable)
Currently, Zupiyo OTT does not sell physical merchandise. However, in the event that we introduce physical products (e.g., apparel, accessories, collector's editions) in the future, the following standard shipping terms will apply:
- Shipping Partners: We will partner with reputable courier services (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, FedEx) to ensure timely delivery.
- Processing Time: Orders for physical goods will typically be processed within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery time for domestic orders (within India) will be 3-7 business days, depending on the location. International shipping lines may vary.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email and SMS once the product is dispatched.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the delivery destination.
7. International Access
Zupiyo OTT services are available globally, subject to regional content licensing restrictions. "Delivery" of content implies making it available for streaming in your region. Using VPNs or other methods to bypass geo-restrictions to access content not "delivered" to your region is a violation of our Terms of Use.
